we do not know how the season will finish.

I watched the game on DVR and it didn't look as bad as reports. again, the defense is the biggest disappointment. but I saw effort. something was missing, and I think it's confidence. and jelling as a team. they made some plays, but not enough.

the offense moved the ball but, like they do when we lose, shoot themselves in the foot. again, I am seeing effort.

schedule is tough, and we will have to scratch and claw for wins. I don't want most of the posters here to be right, in predicting a 3-9 season. I see 3 realistic wins - ole miss, ark and Tennessee. florida and a&m are winnable. auburn and Alabama look to be losses at this time. BUT, they will not be taking us seriously and this team is not as bad as a lot of ranters are saying.

IF, and I know it's a big IF, we scratch out 4 more wins and we get a good recruiting class we can have a much better year next year.

I know, on this board i'm one of the few not throwing everyone under the bus.

for the record, I wanted Jimbo as coach. Herman would've been good, but I knew he wanted to be in Texas so I couldn't get excited. after that, I would've wanted to take a chance on P.J. Fleck. other than that, there was no one available that I wanted. So I wasn't that disappointed with Ed being hired. i'm still willing to give him a chance, which means 3 years. that could change if things really went south. So far, what's going on shouldn't be that surprising with the lack of recruiting from previous years and injuries.

I suggest you go to work or leave the internet alone for a while and leave the film evaluation to others.

Have things not gone south already?

then ya'll can all quit watching and going to games, like the big plan that's been posted on here to get rid of everyone.

if LSU football is causing you that much misery, something's wrong in your life. since you can't control what goes on with the program, the only thing you can control is your behavior.

so just quit for awhile and when we can hire saban back from Alabama you can come back and cheer for the team.

So we didn’t have 4 turnovers

Go 0-8 on third down

miss a chip shot FG

Or give up over 200 yds rushing

We aren't fixing O-line issues this year. And our D-line looks just as bad. You can't fix being weak in the trenches and having no depth. It is not fixable with our current roster.

Being a good fan who expects more from our program means we have something wrong with our life? What is the matter with some of you?

Did you even attempt to see where we finished nationally in recruiting in the last 5 years? Quit making excuses for the shite product that has been on the field this season. We have a coach that is not competent enough to effectively manage a program. He is nothing more than a D-line coach and a good bullshitter. That’s why he recruits so well. Heads need to roll. At a minimum, Alleva, Orgeron, and Grimes need to kick rocks.

losing at home to a 21 point underdog is not as bad as reports?

LSU didnt score until halfway through the 3rd quarter.

7 wins is now considered a success and a recruiting class that is 65% 3* is about to come in and save the day. this is where LSU football is in 2017.
