Does anyone else remember there being a movie called Shazaam where Sinbad plays a genie? Apparently there's a whole conspiracy involved with that movie surrounding the Mandela Effect.
I remember the movie, does anyone else?

Can you elaborate on how it relates to the Mandela effect?
Oh it wasn't real. Probably was thinking of the Shaq movie

No, but apparently there is a connection between the movie "Wizard of Oz" and the Pink Floyd album "Dark Side of the Moon"

If you start them exactly at the same time you can listen to Pink Floyd instead of the dialogue for the first 43 minutes. It's true, try it.

the Mandela Effect.
People have inherently shitty memories that use some kind of compression similar to jpeg. Most of the time false memories get exposed by facts or other people but if a mistake is perpetuated for very long people tend to remember that instead.
Watch Brain Games and the episode where a person in a jury plants a false memory into the minds of all 11 other jurors.

I think I have solved the Sinbad Mystery. He was in an episode of All That where he played Ishbu's (Keenan Thompason) dad. In keeping with the character Sinbad wore a very genie-like outfit. It was a few years after Kazaam so maybe the close timelines messed with our 90s child memories! There was also sinbad the voyager which might have convoluted this memory even further since he also wore genie-ish clothes

I remember a movie called Houseguest with Sinbad and Phil Hartman. It was ok.
