I see him as a pass rush specialist. Not surprised he isn't an every down player, but he should have at least developed into a player that gets a lot of reps on passing downs.

I think the Browns switched his position every year. I know they had a lot of coaching turnover & different schemes during his time there. He also played more as a coverage LB than a pass rusher while in Cleveland. I'm sure being a part of that franchise hurt his development.

He is a big contributor to the special teams. Sounds like Belichick likes him. If he can stay on for next year you might see bigger things. I think he is a smart kid who will do well with an organization like the Patriots.

He wasn't on this list, so it can't be lack of effort or being a team player. Even though a few of those guys are pretty good in the NFL...

That list is so racist. How come they didn't put any white players on there? The racial undertones that only black players are lazy is pure hatred and bigotry. Whoever made that lost should be fired and publicly hanged for beig a racist

At no time has Mingo been 250.

This is true. Mingo was probably playing b/t 225 and 230 while at LSU. He's only listed at 240 now

I'd say he's in a great spot.
He's getting a regular season paycheck, on the Patriots, so that's playoff money and might get a Super Bowl ring this year!

It's 100% Haley's fault why he's underdeveloped. Look at Hunter and how he exploded this year

Dude there was article with Hunter going into his junior year where he basically talked about his strengths and weaknesses and how to improve and that they were working on it in practice.

My point is that Hunter was told what he needed to do to get better. It's just took him longer to accomplish.

Not everything can be blamed on coaches or players. Sometimes shite just happens.

Mingo had several different coaches with the Browns and largely played out of position with each coach.

He's a core 4 special teamer, which means he's working his arse off and contributing a lot to the team. He may never live up to the draft position but at the very least he has carved a niche on special teams

The posters that say Hunter didnt produce at lsu are football ignorant posters.
He had over 70 tackles from the de position. He absolutely shut down his side of the field his last year at lsu.
A dlineman having over 70 tackles is far more rare than having 40 tackles and 8 sacks.
Danielle Hunter was a beast for lsu his last year.

74 tackles
13 tfl
1.5 sacks
6 pd
1 ff
1fr
Is great production at the de position.

Tigerdroppings is at the forefront of the linguistic changes in the modern world. For example, we are pushing, unintentionally, for revisions in the meanings of basic words such as "fan' and "success."

D.O.W.N.V.O.T.E. A.W.A.Y.

Changes in use of punctuation to follow.

Gonna be "MAGAHUGE."

Just kidding.

Spot on. He was a beast at stopping the run too. Just a very disruptive player overall. Also had a good sophomore year.
