was a good movie to me. Forget the critics who proclaimed this to be Will Smith's worst movie yet. I totally disagree. It had a good story line and inspirational message concerning father and son. Many have said that Jaden was not ready for a leading role...Funny and so not true. Check it out if you haven't seen it yet. It is definitely worth watching!

have all the people here trashing this movie even seen it?
i didn't think the previews looked very interesting but I'm going to hold off on calling it the worst movie of the year before I see it for myself.

yes I see that it has a shite rating on RT and MNS directed but I also know that its become popular to hate everything by him, people are starting to turn on Will Smith, and that the film having Scientology leanings could easily be part of why reviewers are outright dismissing it.
I have seen plenty of movies that were savaged that I liked and many more that were highly praised that I though were shite.
I just think shredding something you haven't even seen is extremely stupid.

You have terrible taste in movies. It was absolute shite and it was mainly in part because Smith's son is just awful in every aspect.
All this movie was is an opportunity for Will Smith to prop his son up and it didn't even do that. The kid is a horrendous actor and needs to just drop the acting, focus on school and live off of his dad's money.
