BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department has arrested ‘Stanka’ who is linked to the Nathan Millard case after fleeing from police and crashing a stolen vehicle, officials say.

Derrick Perkins, 46, was previously arrested in March of 2023 for allegedly improperly disposing of Nathan Millard’s body, officials said.

Police said Perkins was arrested this time around 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, after trying to escape in a stolen 2020 Nissan Maxima.

The owner of the vehicle located it and alerted police, officials said. The chase started near Pocahontas Street and ended in a crash on the South I-110 Evangeline Street exit ramp.

Perkins also had a fugitive warrant from another law enforcement agency for the Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Flight from an Officer, and Resisting an Officer.

Can’t wait to burn the city down when Officer Pew Pew kills this a-hole in a questionable shoot situation.

With a rap-sheet like his, there is no such thing as a questionable shoot situation.

He needs to go....

Can confirm.

Dude smelled worse than Bourbon Street at midnight on Fat Tuesday.
