Based on NOPD's response to the guy who shot and killed the Constable, as long as the person/people do not shoot at anyone associated with law enforcement, it's not NOPD's problem

There likely isn't one.
They almost all take place in gang thug areas in the East and thugs know they can shoot at each other and get away and there is not going to be any cops around for miles and miles.
That's the much more likely explanation. If there was an actual serial killer and a connection made... it will leak out at some point.

This might be rt but the recent one was by Jefferson Davis. It’s a diff name now because changing names would start the healings.
And yes some of the shootings are road rage. But even if it’s gang violence, why should some innocent that had to come from the east get stray bullets? That’s happened too.
People live in Slidell and travel. Anyone coming from east of Slidell travels that way.
It actually doesn’t matter who is doing it, it’s fricking with society.

We all know this isn't happening. Innocent people are getting shot. Does it even matter of its a serial killer or not? Either way people driving around living a normal life are getting killed. F uck the authorities for not getting a handle on this.
