As the younger generation gets more ignorant regarding civics this country will continue to spiral downward. An educated population is the only defense against the incessant brainwashing going on.

I disagree. Teachers work their butts off to teach students, but if education isn’t prioritized at home by parents, or by students peers, we will continue to see responses like the link shows.
Too many parents view school as a daycare and expect the teacher to teach subject matter and raise their kids for them. We are currently witnessing the iPad generation in public schools today.
