When did Shreveport housing become Bay Area expensive?

1400 sq ft house for sale at $4M. Has to be a typo

Probably supposed to be 400k. Which still seems quite ridiculous for that house…

That house is no where near 400k. 40k would be closer. I would say somewhere between 120 and 140k

The description says it’s a 38 property package. Just over $100k per property.

Set the min price at 4M and there’s a bunch of those. Not one is legit.

I’ve known Stan pretty much my entire life. He’s the people’s realtor.

That house could be part of a $4m portfolio of rentals that is for sale. See that around here often.

Stan’s son was a really good ball player too. He and my little brother were always on the same baseball team until high school. Stan and my dad coached together.

Stan's a hell of a guy.
