Cancelling vacation at the last minute because of work/other reasons

Suppose to be flying out Monday morning, now I'm starting to panic that this project is going to fall apart next week. Talk me off this ledge.

If you are in a management role and can't step away, that's something you may want to analyze with your people. And yourself if you get my drift. Go and trust your process.
