It seems like there's one every other day now. It's hard to care, especially when it inevitably turns into a gun control discussion I grow increasingly impatient with having.

It's going to be really fun in the Fall. We're at 49% where we should be for the current harvest. And the Third World is even more fricked. The good news is we're fat and will live, but not so for the Third World. They're fricked. Not going to change the civil discourse and violence here though. Prepare while you can. You have until October.

I understand what you are getting at. But for some reason when I heard about today’s shooting, it really hit me in the heart. I think it’s because I have 5 year old twins and we just celebrated their K graduation. I can’t imagine the fear and confusion that those poor children had while this was happening. It makes me sick to my stomach to think my boys would go through something like this. There is so much evil in this world, but unfortunately 99% of our politicians on both sides of the aisle will try to use this for their gain. May they rot in hell for that because they truly do not want to fix the problems we have in this Country.

I've played that exact game multiple times. Never had the urge to shoot anyone IRL.

Same here.

The way the left acts just minutes after they happen throws a massive wet blanket on the entire issue.

Instead of admitting theres a problem and wanting to fix it, theres an almost instantaneous grab for more power and control at the federal level.

Its NEVER about "how do we have safer communities" but always "if big daddy federal gov't would just have more power over citizens, this could stop".

Funny things is, we just had two mass shootings.. and you don;t know how many hours each one played video games... Much less the other millions of people do you?

But right off the top of my head I know that they were both 18... Hummmm thats at least a start of a possible pattern...

I just think that these things like video game playing and time, should be part of the investigation...

But watch the gamers come out of the word work here.
Are violent video games only played in America?

And what do you want the police to do if someone hasn't broken a law yet? Arrest them for "being odd"? Confiscate their private possessions because you "always had a feeling about them"? Life isn't Minority Report.

It's this juvenile reaction to want those in power to do something! that allows them to mandate masks/shots, eavesdrop on your private communications, monitor your financial transactions and otherwise trample the Constitution.
