Not doing it because we have a baby due this month and i couldn’t make this happen. Glad I wasn’t planning on it though, he already has heavy KB exercises (which I don’t own heavy KBs) and a Glute ham raise. And I don’t own a GHD either.

Embarrassing to admit but I have never done anything with KBs until I did Day 1.

Day 1 was tough. i had to modify the GHDs. Glad he added some core work into this one
Day 2 was easier, butt and hammies sore from yesterday. I completed both of these in a45 minutes. was taking 75 minutes for squatober

Thanks. I eventually found it after a little digging. I was planning on starting this Monday, but I am going to be traveling the week of Christmas and wont have access to a gym so I might push this to January.
I might buy the Welcome to Stronvile program that he just came out with and do that

FTR the deadcember programming is done by highland games great Daniel McKim aka believethrower.com not Aaron Ausmus and ppsa. PPSA does the Squatober programming only.
i am hoping next year they have someone do a bridge program for "BROVEMBER"

Busted up my ankle a couple days before the start, it's finally starting to feel better, so I'm pushing the start to January. I bought the damn shirt, I gotta do the month.

Not doing all the workouts but I am focusing on deadlift this month. I did the day 6 last night and enjoyed it immensely. I will probably screenshot several of these and sprinkle them in here and there.

i am not doing them either, i am just getting back into lifing again and did my first barbell deadlifts since march 2020 last night. I put this here to save the programming to use later.
