Now that our new head coach has been announced and we have a week before we find our our bowl game, go order the new Purple LSU license plates in Texas. It's still in pre-order and I'm tired of waiting on mine!

I like it, but too much purple to be driving around Horned Frog territory.

How does this work with an existing car/plates? Just trade in the old plates at the DMV?
I have older LSU plates from 2013 and these are a nice upgrade.

Yes, register the playes on myplates through the TX DMV and they will send you new plates

I've been trying for 2+ years now to find out when Tennessee is getting an LSU plate and the girl from the alumni association says they're working on it

Thanks for posting! My car was stolen last May and I had to cancel my personalized plates so I wouldn’t constantly get pulled over in my new car with same plates. Couldn’t come up with another good LSU combo for new plates but will order this to still rep in Texas
