I only have a map for my kids to locate the guns in lake Verret where the boating accident took place.

Maybe my dad's Colt Python made in 1978 or his Colt 1911 made in 1943 that he paid around $44 for when he was in the military. Still have the receipt.

My Dad recently gave me 2 of his guns that he wanted me to have. One is a Browning BL-22. Awesome little lever gun that I'll never shoot. The other is a Weatherby rifle, chambered in 300 Weatherby Mag, absolute beast of a round. It has a 3 digit serial number, proof marks, and the caliber stamped in the barrel. Other than that- no other model numbers or names with the exception of the Weatherby logo. I contacted Weatherby and sent them pics, and they said it was built in 1950, was one of Roy Weatherby's early designs, and was the predecessor to the Mark V Series.
