In Texas he would be charged with two.
Several years back there was a case where a pregnant woman, not wanting to pay for an abortion, had the baby's father cause a miscarriage by kicking her in the stomach.
He got life in prison. She wanted to join him, but she couldn't be charged as a woman can cause her own miscarriage by abortion or otherwise (and the new heartbeat bill doesn't change that).

Woman hit biker intentionally and flees. Biker follows and ask at intersection to pull over and wait for police. Then heads home, goes inside, and comes out with a handgun. A horrible situation that could of been avoided.

Is there a video of it showing it's intentional? Bikers aren't as innocent as they like to whine about. Especially the ones that like to ride between cars in traffic thinking people switching lanes are expecting them to be there.

So you just assume because Mr. Derr was riding a motorcycle he is a "biker." I know lots of motorcyclists who aren't bikers. Perhaps the stupid broad should have taken responsibility for her actions, pulled over, and let the police handle the accident investigation. Her death is on her, not some "biker." She is responsible for this very sad, tragic, situation.

But the woman was able to get home and get inside safely. Seems like any legal claim that the biker was the initial aggressor ends when she comes back outside with a firearm.
