Yes, Rhule would meet all requirements/desires

Anyone saying otherwise is not doing their best thinking.

Rhule has the perfect age, personality, pedigree and coaching skills, culture-building ability and leadership skills - that the CFB has feared LSU getting since the 80's when LSU lost on Bo Rein.

Tiger Nation: Buckle up if Rhule bolts the NFL on the Carolina off-week (this week)

CFB world: Say what you need to say, but this is the non-LSU nightmare scenario, and would greatly surpass "missing out" on any other viable choice.

Woodward: The perception of your gonad power would be redeemed beyond the original perception level by pulling this Beluga.

Geaux Get The Beluga.

Napier would have been a better fit for LSU than Rhule.

He has no idea if he had gonads, his belly is in the way.

Is one of the requirements being fired by your last team?

He's not bolting, he's basically way on his way to being fired.

Maybe, but that ship has sailed and basically the powers did not think so. Maybe there is something about Napier that insiders know that others do not because LSU apparently did not even contact him.

So what makes him a greater hire than Mel Tucker?

Wouldn’t hate it.

But y’all killing Matt Campbell for his record when Rhule is older with a worse record and never beat Lincoln Riley.

Go get Matt Campbell. He’s a better version of Rhule.

What he did at Baylor after moving from Temple answered the questions about fit and his ability to adapt.

Holy shite man.....Look, I'm not on the Rhule train because I don't think it's happening, but if you're really trying to say Billy Napier would be a better option you've lost your mind. Matt Rhule is a highly respected and excellent football coach. The only way he's coming is if he just doesn't like the NFL or he's been told that he's done at the end of the year. It was always risky for Carolina to hire a guy that didn't have much NFL experience, but they did it for a reason. He's just more suited for the college game. Rhule turned around two programs that were fully in the cellar when got there. Contrary to popular belief, ULL wasn't anywhere close to as bad as Baylor or Temple when Rhule took over those programs. He turned around a program at Baylor from 1-11 his first year to 11-3 in year 3. That's pretty damn impressive....Same with Temple, they were 2-10 his first year and his last two years they won 10 games. Say what you want, there is no comparison here that makes sense. Now, if he can take shite programs like that and turn them into 10 and 11 win teams, what can he do with actual talent? I'd like to know personally.

Yet he hasn't adapted which is why Carolina hopes there is a taker. Where do you nutjobs come from?

I hate to pick nits, but we got Bo Rein. And, the airplane got him too.

We missed out on Steve Spurrier to hire Bo Rein.
