I’m skeptical that Napier would hire such a high profile OC, or that he agreed to that as a condition of the offer. But we’ll see.

The biggest issue with Napier is him admitting he's not a good OC so if he actually hired a great OC out of the gate, that's scary.

Yeah this is true. Him refusing to give up the offense is easily the biggest knock on him.
