Pels not a lot — T-Wolves a lot — At least we have Josh Hart. He tries…

Pels a little
T-Wolves a whole lot

The Timberwolves are playing great basketball as of late. They are on a three-game winning streak and it looks favorable to continue that streak tonight. Minnesota is 6-8 against Western Conference opponents this season and are already facing the Pelicans for the third time this season. New Orleans won the last matchup but Minnesota won the first game. The Timberwolves’ big three are playing well in their last 10 games. D’Angelo Russell is averaging 18.8 points per game with 5.5 assists. Anthony Edwards is averaging 22.1 points and is proving to play like the No. 1 overall pick. Karl-Anthony Towns is averaging 23 points on the season with 9.3 rebounds to go along with it.

New Orleans isn’t playing well at all this season. They are just 3-15 and seem to be getting killed by every opponent. Zion Williamson has yet to lace up this season as he is dealing with a foot injury. Because of his absence, the Pelicans are unable to play their best and are struggling to win games.

NBA Odds: Timberwolves-Pelicans Odds

Minnesota Timberwolves: -3.5 (-110)

New Orleans Pelicans: +3.5 (-110)

Over: 214 (-110)

Under: 214 (-110)

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Timberwolves: Predictions and best fantasy bets

quote:

Keep playing Jonas Valanciunas until he gives you a reason to stop. He just keeps piling up big numbers as the Pels’ second option and has added a three-point shot to his bag.

Karl-Anthony Towns is a gifted scorer, but JV should be able to get his on the other end. The Pels and ‘Wolves split back-to-back games earlier in the season and JV was huge in both of them.

Josh Hart is a good low-cost play, as he’s been on a roll, scoring in double digits for 4-of-6 games and logging three double-doubles in that stretch. Hart is averaging a career-high 3.4 assists, which gives him more fantasy value. I like him against the Timberwolves tonight.

Brandon Ingram has had some huge games against Minnesota in his career and had big numbers in the two this season and is always a strong play.

This is known as the "we've never played a game of basketball in our life" lineup.

Dude has been playing great the past few games. Sucks Graham is hurt, Graham starting with this Kira off the bench would be so much better than what's going on now with Sato

I’m just glad we got Sato and Temple off the court. Why Willie thought it was a good idea to have those two on the court together at the same time is beyond me.

That being said, Kira is indeed looking way more confident. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him take shots in such a rhythm as his last 2 makes

I think right now he's just trying to find any sort of lineup he can that works together.

Kira is a far better shooter than I thought, I didn't realize last year he shot the 3 at 40%
