Church Point is about an hour fifteen from Alexandria I think.

3A has a couple of interesting games for the top seeds.
quote:

8 Madison Prep (11-1) at 1 Sterlington (12-0)

This might be the best matchup across all brackets. Sterlington is getting screwed because MP is much better than the 8th seed.
quote:

7 Union Parish (9-3) at 2 Abbeville (11-1)

Union Parish is much more battle tested than Abbeville, and should upset the #2 seed.

I love the Division III matchups the most this weekend.

I would love to see a Vandebilt/E.D. White final in Division II because Houma/Thibodaux has been garbage for almost 30 years. Both of them are going to get their asses kicked, though.

Man would it be awesome to see my little alma mater St. Fred's in the dome.

They've got some really good players on their squad but they all have to play both ways the entire game.

I don’t see anyone beating Church Point this year. Best defense of any team in the state.

Unfortunately they won't play in the Dome. Select schools opted to play elsewhere. Not sure where they'll play.

Will play in Lafayette Dec 11th.
Btw St. Fred is under the radar and rightly so. But from someone who has seen every game their defense combined with a newly confident offense they can hang with Lab, OCS and Calvary.

Vandy will get destroyed. Don’t sleep on ED White. Their defense is nasty. they will run all night and may never pass to keep the ball away from walker Howard

Guess we will find out. ED White defense is fast. Their junior DB did a great job against jazz Preston. 1st team defense has only allowed 2 TDs all year

They absolutely threw that OCS game away, leading at half then a blocked punt for a td and pick six game was over. I don’t know much about Cavalry but they can definitely play with OCS and Lab.

When Billy Bell is on your side, you've always got a chance. The man's a legend.
