The basic “Dr Jill and I are praying for the grieving families of Waukesha”.
It was very brief.

At least 6 in ICU as I recall.
I saw a post from a band member last night saying those run over in the video are in bad shape and were in ICU. Those that went over the hood were not badly injured.

I didn't catch him saying anything about premeditated.
They had a prayer prior to the chief talking. Don't ever see that it seems. Gives an idea how conservative Waukesha is.
