There is no way to justify the DeAndre Hopkins for David Johnson trade. That may be the all time dumbest trade in NFL history.

It’s not just his coaching. It’s his awful dealing of Hopkins, JJ, reader, etc.
He also never won a game past the wild card so it’s not like his post season is some shining entry on his resume

He played in the divisional playoff multiple times. I repeat, there's no stat that shows He was uniquely horrible as a coach. None and hes without a doubt not the most hated Houston sports figure ever. Not even close.

You're right. I'm not arguing about his candidacy as a HC for LSU though.
I'm going after the narrative that BOB was a horrible HC with the Texans and is the most hated sports figure in Houston. It is completely wrong.

You know I hated Bud, but didn’t McNair get EXACTLY what Bud said was needed and on top of that cost Houston more money in the end. McNair had ALL of his money back on buying that team before it ever stepped on the field. That was bull shite.
I hated Bud, but not like BOB. BOB is coach O or worse as a comparison to what he did the Texans.
