Unvaccinated and never had Covid.
Only thing I take is a multi vitamin.

When I type regimen - 95 times out of 100, it comes out regiment.

Personally, I blame the Army.

My phone wanted it spelled that way.

Most people that make choices you disagree with aren’t living in fear, rather, they are trying to mitigate obvious factors that contribute to the spread of this disease.

Nothing, man. No vaccination, only wear a mask when required by a business. Otherwise I’ve gone about my normal routine of eating somewhat healthy, drinking water, working out, washing hands if I touch something gross.

Haven’t been sick in over 2 years.

I am currently taking 500 mg quercetin(which I had heard of but never taken) twice daily along with 100 mg zinc twice daily. Also 500 mg vitamin C, 2000 IU D3, at least 1000 mg lysine, and famotidine once or twice per day.
Good lord. Useless.

Been going to a holistic doctor since 2007. This is in addition to my primary doctor. Spectracell lab in Houston provides total antioxidant function and total immune function. You receive a breakout of all vitamins and minerals (e.g. any deficiencies). Bad news most insurance do not cover. I think last year it was about $300.

Generally I have been talking vitamins C,D,B12, zinc, and others. Healthy diet and workout helps.

Healthy diet
Lots of water
Exercise for 2 hours - 5 days a week
8 hours of sleep every night
Multi vitamins

I'm 31 - Unvaccinated. Had covid in August. I missed 3 days of work and then I was back full time working remotely. It's "crazy" how beneficial a healthy life style is for the body.. who knew. /s

I'm not vaccinated. I like OJ, eggs, milk, salads, veggies, beef, turkey, beans and sun.

No need for vit supplements.

Vit D supplements are kinda stupid since it's fat soluble and all you need is 15 minutes of U-V rays 3 days a week to have all the vit D you need.

My doctor said vitamins C, D, E and zinc. I am not sure why he recommended E but I noticed no one else is taking E.

It depends on your lab results. If you are low, take it. Vitamin D in sun is not enough for some ppl. Again lab results.

Maybe for covid maybe not. Wouldn't you agree it might have some positive health benefits and possibly a boost to one's immune system?

Even the vast, vast majority of people with unhealthy lifestyles did fine with covid.

Not significantly. Zinc does what, possibly shorten cold symptoms by one day? If you are eating a decent diet and have no known deficiencies you don't really need all of that.
