Buffalo Billiards in Elmwood still has almost 30 tables. Tournaments for big money regularly.
Also has 8 Foosball tables with weekly tournaments and a crowd that supports

A new BYOB pool hall opened up here (Denham Springs, north Hwy 16 near Lockhart). Started just prior to Covid but still open a while back (I think anyway).
Got my kids a small table (3.5x7) but planning to find a full size for myself in the next year or so. And then a couple pinball machines after that.

Two Sisters in Slidell is still thriving - I gave up pool for bowling when I left for college, but every time I pass by there it's pretty full. There's also a really nice spot in Hammond that a few friends of mine shoot in a league during the week. Pool halls can be pretty classy or extremely trashy, just depends on the owner.

I have a pool table at home that friends come over to shoot on and watch football. I turned the living room in the attached mother in law apartment into a sports bar with a pool table, Poker table, 8 foot bar with barstools and 60 in tv along with Mississippi state sports pictures and such

Billiard Brothers is the name. Nice wide-open place to play. Has ping pong table, cornhole equipment, the punching power machine, and they sell tables and billiard equipment. Good people

I have never gone out solely with the intent to play pool, but if I go to a bar that has a table(s), I'll usually play.

I've got a beautiful pool table in the game room upstairs, complete with big screen tvs, a wet bar, other bar type games and video machines.... I think

Houston has a bunch of pool halls. And there's a ton of smaller pool halls that are seemingly exclusively for Asians. Other people can go but you definitely get funny looks.
I spent a week in Vegas last month for pool.

Me and my frac baws used to run the tables at Fast Eddie’s in Amarillo while throwing down a pack of smokes every night. Great times

One summer, me and my boy held down the table at the balcony in NOLA for a couple weeks. We were SUPER good we just had a frickin unreal run and took down some serious players.....good times.

Yup, we were there for 9 ball. Team name was Clutch Time Shooters. We didn't play anyone from Louisiana though. We played one team from Texas, one from California, one from Florida, one from Maryland and one from West Virginia. I think that's it. Placed way better than I expected. 33rd out of the 835 teams.

Darts for me. I can get down on some pool though. If I'm going "out" it will be to a place that has good beer selection. Great wings, and preferably a dart board or ski ball. Good pool tables are hard to find here. The best tables are at an all cash place right down the road from a strip club. Pretty sure money laundering is this primary source of revenue. These are professional level tables you see on the circuit and there are hustlers there.

I do. I also just got a table set up in my basement. Great way to spend time with friends and family. I'm the reigning champ! LOL

I did until covid. A lot of bars legit covered their pool tables so you couldnt use them.
I can sit with you unmasked at a table, but couldn’t play pool with you masked.
Then I just completely stopped going to bars when they instituted vaccine mandates.
