Dias does really like Tucker’s resume’ and thinks he is the best option after the “whales”. And apparently his sources are saying Woodward has Tucker higher on the list than Aranda.

Maybe. Who knows. I do know the way that dude talks down to everyone is really annoying. He speaks like he is so much smarter than all his listeners and tries to state his opinions as facts. Between how he presents information and his Tucker obsession I can't stand him.
