Got some days off and was wondering.

I know IDA made a mess but is it possible to fish the side of the road between Leeville and GI ?

Any Info would help.

Been wondering about this also. We made a couple trips down last year and got into them pretty good. Im sure there is all kinds of trash in the water to get hung up on now

I figure it should be pretty good since there’s been less pressure lately

I fish and have a camp in Golden Meadow. The few places left to rent/stay overnight are mostly taken by out of town contractors and workers. Live bait is almost nonexistent right now. Services are still very limited. Be careful on the water with all the debris in the water. It will come back , always does , but Ida definitely hit the area hard.
