Mayor Cantrell, newly elected….. will do a great job in her second term. Now with Covid almost in the rearview, due to her persistent and sometimes unpopular mandates….. N.O. can move forward. Look for Mayor Cantrell to excel now that she can focus on crime and getting the Sewer and Water board functional. Comgrats Mayor Cantrell.

Last time NOLA didn't reelect an incumbent was in the 1940s. This isn't surprising at all.
