Went Wedding in NOLA..now 10 people have covid from the reception

so went to my buddies long delayed wedding reception in new orleans. We all had to show our vaccine cards to enter the Howling wolf where the recepetion was being held. He texted me yesterday to let me know that so far 10 people have tested positive for covid.

I went to a wedding in NOLA in '94 and one of the bridesmaids from Morgan City passed out cold in the back room after many shots. 4 groomsmen got crabs.
My point is that if you go to a wedding in NOLA, some will most likely take more than a gift basket away from the experience.

same thing happened to my best friend and her husband-went to a wedding in New England---all guests were vaccinated. Many came down with covid right after, including my friend and her husband. They both felt pretty crummy for a week but no hospital.

I went to a few weddings. No clue who was vaxed or who got COVID after. We didn't go test ourselves. We just lived our lives as normal. Everything was fine.

I bet it was the dirty unwashed dirty anti-vaxxers with fake cards. It had to be. The vax works.
Let see if any end up in the hospital. I hope none do but the vax is supposed to keep you from severe symptoms.
