How many of you prefer to guzzle down meds instead of exercising?

At the pharmacy trying to get muh vax so I don’t get fired. Having to wait behind 300 pound wildebeest picking up giant bags of meds. Couldn’t imagine being so lazy that I’m having to guzzle down 5-10 meds and pay $100 or so a month. Could all be avoided by not over eating and a little self care. Very Sad

The pills keep you from dying of heart attack or diabetic coma for 10-20 years until the pills give you kidney disease and you die of that.

I don't take any prescription medications on a regular basis. I could probably stand to take a statin for my high cholesterol.
I play tennis 2-3 times a week and ride my bike a couple of times a week.

I do both. A little bit of high cholesterol, a little bit of hypertension, gastric reflux and the prostate shite. And then I walk about 12 miles a week. I take the weekends off because obsessing about exercising every day ain't for me.
