Surprise AR lower. What should I do with it?

I got an email this morning from Aero Precision that my lower that I ordered the other day has been shipped. I may have been drunk after last week's Saints debacle and forgot that I bought it.
Now... what do I DO with it? I have 0-500 yards covered in the AR platform and I already have a couple of SBRs. I was thinking maybe .224 Valkyrie to cover out to 1000 yards and beyond, but I have nowhere nearby to reach out that kind of distance, so I fear that build would end up being a safe queen. I kinda thought maybe .50 Beowulf because it amuses the hell out of me, but $3 a round and over a grand for the upper kind of kills that.
I'm open to suggestions.
ETA: How is Bear Creek on quality? This gun is likely going to be more of a fun gun, so I'm not looking to put every round into a dime at 3000 yards and Bear Creek's uppers are priced so that I could get two or three.

I have a 7.62x39 and love it. Ammo is pretty easy to get. BUT really want a 350 Legend or 6.5 Grendal

My son has a 350 legend . It’s a accurate rifle and little to no recoil . Ammo has been fairly easy to find also.

Buy the bolt from Black Rifle Arms. They redesigned it for the 7.62x39.
More meat on it. Stronger extractor. It's a great bolt.

I am considering this. It doesn't fill any roles I don't have, but it's another readily available ammo. At least until Der Fuhrer decides that all European ammo is just as naughty as Russian ammo.

It's on the short list as well. Uppers are WAY more available and cheaper than the .50 Beowulf, though it does still suffer from that "three bucks a round" thing.

You can’t lose with the 6.5 Grendel
7.62x39 is good option also

7.62x39 in the cheapo caliber choice.
Or maybe a pistol caliber? A 9mm upper would be cool as cotton

450 Bushmaster for the win! Does a number on deer for sure

I would also vote 6.5 grendel, but if you don’t already have ammo or brass you may wait a while to shoot it. Bear Creek gets trashed online but the upper I have has been fine so far. It is a 18” stainless barrel 6.5 grendel.

I built a MK12 clone in 224 that my 14 year old uses for deer hunting. It’s a pretty good round. Ammo was pretty easy to find last year. I ended up going with a Wilson barrel. My son can ding steel out to 600 yards with it.

I thought those things got yanked. Or is that another trigger that I'm thinking of?
