First, why do you choose a "Twitter social influencer" to convey background information to a middle-aged White jury? Half of them are still trying to understand how this guy earns his living. Fascinating choice by the prosecution.
Second, why are you doing the Defendant's job of establishing the Rosenbaum was a violent nutcase? I understand the NOTION of blunting the effectiveness of the information by presenting it yourself in watered-down form, but ... seriously?

They don’t have anything.
This entire mess is a waste of time and taxpayer dollars for a case that they really shouldn’t be able to win.
Rosenbaum has been established as an arsonist and an aggressor, which makes the initial case a clear cut one for self defense.
Both subsequent shootings were because the skater attacked Kyle and because Lefty drew a gun and tried to shoot him. Both of which were caught on film.
Honestly, the judge should push for a directed verdict before the defense has to say a word.

I'm just waiting for the prosecutor to throw his hands up in the air and concede this thing so the judge doesn't even have to say anything.
Just curious when the word is going to come down that Kenosha needs to baton down the hatches because of the incoming storm. I can see the ANTIFA taking up the notion that it's time to get violent, pick up guns and start causing havoc with that instead of bear spray or urine bombs.
