I do not have issue with a mandate if the company itself sets it. That is just simply a term of employment and policy and procedure. I do have a huge issue if the government issues it, as that violates a civil right and segregates people from the governmental level. I guess to me it would be like Apartheid.

I agree with you. I believe companies should have the right to do so. It is disgusting to me that the government is threatening companies with practical bankruptcy unless they comply.

JC. The government is behind all of this. They are blackmailing companies with fines and low esg scores. This is no different than the government getting big tech to censor people. They are subverting the constitution

So it's only a violation of civil rights if it comes from the government? Either it violates your rights or it doesn't. Our rights come from the Creator, so it doesn't matter if the oppressor is the government or a corporation.

Do you believe that a company has the right to run its business in the way it seems fit?

Since when does "running it's business" equate to "making personal health decisions for employees?"

Can a company make any employee over 40 that has a child to give it up for adoption? How much of your personal autonomy are you willing to surrender to someone simply because they give you money in exchange for labor?

It blows my mind how many people are willing to surrender their rights to a corporation. People like this on the right are simply the equivalent of welfare people on the left. You'll gladly give up your autonomy for a few bucks.
