Most people on this board thought O should have to win out in 16 to keep the HC role. He didnt and most thought we should find a more qualified HC. People like Napier because he has experience recruiting big time prospects, his teams have consistently been well coached football teams, and has been HC long enough to get a good sample size. That's why I like him at least.
