The teenager accused of sexually assaulting a ninth-grade girl in a Loudoun County, Virginia, high school was found guilty on all charges.
The victim was assaulted in a women’s restroom at Stone Bridge High School by a male allegedly wearing a skirt. A judge found the evidence enough to convict but will hold on sentencing until the convicted teenager is tried for another alleged assault at a different high school.
“We are relieved that justice was served today for the Smith’s daughter,” Bill Stanley of the Stanley Law Group, who represented the victim, said in a statement. “This horrible incident has deeply affected the Smith family, and they are grateful for today’s outcome.”
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Department confirmed that the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy.
Scott Smith, the victim’s father, was arrested at a school board meeting in June in which he says he got into an altercation with a woman who said that she didn’t believe his daughter was raped. The superintendent defended the school’s transgender bathroom policy at the meeting. Smith was later found guilty in the school board scuffle of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest .
The assault against Smith’s daughter was reported on May 28, and the school told Smith they would handle it internally. He got police involved, but on Oct. 6 the same boy who was convicted of the May assault was charged with another assault at a different high school. The Smiths are suing the school district.

Wait…. I thought this event never happened? How can someone be guilty of a crime that was never committed???
Hope the parents make millions and the superintendent is reduced to working in a Jimmy John’s.

This *might* tilt the state’s gubernatorial election when it’s all said and done, so I’m sure all those school board members are history along with the school system’s superintendent.

We need a Bastille-esque, mostly peaceful protest

They should doxx these people and hold protests on their front yards with signs stating they support child sexual abuse. Ya know give them a taste of their own medicine

The Loudoun County School System is about to write a big freaking check.

Now the school board members and the principal need to be charged or sued into oblivion privately.

Good, I hope his wanna be bitch arse gets the exact same thing daily and nightly in prison.
Also, the list of people and parties to sue should be long and distinguished. I would bankrupt people personally, professionally, and institutionally to make them all accountable. There should also be a lot of jail time for multiple individuals for gross neglect, obstruction of evidence, hindering and investigation, child endangerment, and a slew of other offenses.

If he wasn't tried as an adult, he's out at 18.
Also, I am not sure he'll have to register as sex offender if these were juvenile charges.

My old boss used to tell us that lawyers put a periscope up, scan it 360, and sue everyone they see, then let the chips fall where they may. This was in reference to someone getting injured on a construction project. The guy sued damn near every trade. I would absolutely do the same thing here and sue damn near anyone that has ever been in charge of anything at that school, school board, school district. And not just the school, personally sue these assholes.

That thing will bring nothing of value to society, I say use it for experimental medical treatments so that it can give some benefit to society

Which shows the dangers of giving a little power to pencil-headed do-gooders. They relish the power and give no shits about their actual duties.

Did the kid plead guilty? That was a pretty quick decision. Maybe the kid needs the protection of a jail house. He would if it had been my daughter. Maybe somebody whispered in his ear?
