Will O ever be a head coach again?

There was an article in the Advocate listing possible landing spots for O in the future and I thought it was a waste of time. I don't see how he ever gets a head coaching job again, whether he wants one or not...and if so, not at a Power 5

Maybe he’ll switch jobs with Billy

I think he could if he wanted to coach a directional school like McNeese or Nicholls. Wouldn’t be surprised if he attached his name to a linemen camp and just did contract work.

I could see ULL or one of LA's or another southern state's regional schools.

Why does he need to be, he is 60 and set for life financially.

To scratch the itch. It’s tough for some of these guys to walk away.

He’s unqualified to coach ULL. Maybe Northwestern State or Louisiana College

In a perfect world, Miami would give him a call. That would be great for both parties. He would help with recruiting and give them a little swagger and toughness. Can you imagine the quality of MILFs in Miami?!?

Because for most people in his position, it’s in their blood. They can’t stay home, they can’t rest. They don’t know what to do if they’re not coaching to some degree. Think about this, Saban is 69 and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still at Bama for another decade. If you can continue to evolve with the game and stay ahead of everyone, why not.

I'm not sure O is this guy.

If he wants to, he will. Probably not a power 5 school without a stint in a lower school. Sometimes guys decide they aren’t the right guy for and move into analyst, position roles. He’s made enough money to ride out the rest of his career as an analyst.

For stating the obvious? No program worth a shite is putting Ed in charge.

I gonna say for sure he won't but why would he. O is 60 years old and is going to have 17 million dollars at the end of the season. Don't see any reason to look anymore for he has done what many weren't able to do in his career.

That’s why I could see him running camps across the country and doing spot contract work. I just don’t see him hanging up the whistle. Likely spend a year in Miramar and hit the reset whistle. He’s made a lot of money, but I hope someone has that invested for him or else that could be pissed away quickly.

You’re an idiot
Maybe, but not on this opinion. Orgeron is a low IQ individual that shouldn’t have been trusted with a Taco Bell franchise, let alone a $100,000,000 per year football program

Some team in Florida will hire him.

You realize he doesn’t get the last payment for like 4 years, right? He’s not getting a $17,000,000 check
