I think at least some of it has to do with the fact that people have convinced themselves that Tate is going to force a minority hire on Scott, and Aranda is the best among that bunch, either way I think he would do well here, but I wouldn't call it an inspirational or Woodard type hire.

I do not think Tate is in a position to do that. If it blew up in his face, he could be out of a job.

I don’t think so. I think Scott has more of spine than people give him credit for.
