One has great seafood. One has great Italian food. The others are Chicago and Atlanta.

The Hill in St Louis is an Italian neighborhood with great restaurants.

Actually New Orleans has great Italian food, thanks to lots of immigrants from Southern Italy and Sicily at the turn of the last century

I wouldn't set foot in any those places as a tourist. I used to love NOLA for long weekends.
