Identify the members of the President's Task Force that have working tirelessly for months on the docking bottlenecks.

There is no "Task Force" unless it's still at the studios where "Heel's Up" handled her NASA Kiddie corner.
If they have worked for months to "Fix" the mess ...why is Savannah experiencing the same problems? In the past two weeks?

We consume less if gas prices are too high, products can’t get to market, etc…

The elites behind all this nonsense want to grab the wealth accumulated by the American middle class for themselves. In the meantime they pretend to be philanthropists and pretend to care about the developing world. or they pretend to be concerned about environmental conservation.
