Here’s the thing. What was the motivation—and who made the decision—for digging up a guy’s emails from TEN years ago?

Interesting these emails just leak out one at a time. Who has it in for Gruden? If the language he used is a story, I think whomever is leaking these at a seemingly hit by hit basis is another interesting story all in itself..

This is fricking stupid. It was from an email 10 years ago. Someone was sitting on it. I thought he just said something about someone's lips now I am reading he made sexist and anti-gay comments.
Why not go through everyone's email and see what they ever said during their life.

Maybe I didn't emphasize work email enough. You have to be astronomically stupid to put anything but work information in a work email. This was well known prior to 10 years ago.
He did it over a 7 year time span to boot.
