Well put. Posters really need to read what they are typing instead of typing with emotion and hitting the send button.
Giving your opinion on someone who would be better to play that position, or recommending what someone is doing wrong it one thing and what makes this board The Rant. Bashing a player is truly classless. These are college students out there playing for pride and not money. If you want to harshly bash players then go to the freakin SAINTS BOARD!

I didn't know people weren't allowed to analyze the game and the players in it. You analyze and bash/cheer Miles and the other coaches. People on here talk about breaking Chaz Ramsey's legs. Come on. You liberals are getting too defensive about everything. I pray for the family that picks on your kid because y'all are gonna be the ones who sue the school and everyone involved. People are not bashing the players, they are giving their insight on what they think about the players ability to play. McCray got beat a few times on coverage and Holliday made a few mistakes. Each of these players made some good plays as well. Nobody is denying either fact. Quit crying and let people analyze the game however they want.

So we can't discuss how these players performed in the game? Isn't that the purpose of a forum? In case you aren't aware Tiger Droppings is a forum. It's kinda like a radio in some ways if you don't like the song that is being played change the station or turn off the radio. Nobody made you click on the hyperlink and forced you to read the opinions of others on the forum.

Saying a player "sucks" is unacceptable. Calling them "terrible" is unacceptable...criticizing their performance is acceptable. If someone has crossed the line, please Request Admin on them...thanks

Critizing and bashing are two different things. I don't have a problem with a critique but when it gets to the "he's a moron, he's stupid, he's worthless" stuff I have to close the IE window cause it is unacceptable. These guys are Tigers no matter how they play

Truthfully, I agree with you Adono. If the people on this board were held up to the same scrutiny in their jobs, school work, life's passion, they would not appreciate everyone ripping them apart. Posting criticisms of players anonymously on a public forum is not "constructive criticism".

couldn't agree more... people selectively bash and it pisses me off. So what if Danny McCray is somewhat overmatched against a very good and fast slot reciever... he is a natural FS! He plays his heart out and is always very physical. People dont care to look at the fact that Chad Jones replaced him at Nickle and messed up allowing Auburn to have a cupcake 58 yrd pass. Get off the hating bandwagon, it does no good! Every player in every game for every team couldve played a little better. Perfection is not a plausibly attainable goal, and some of you expect it out of every LSU player every game
