Huh, that is not our constitution. Are you in a time warp?

Well if it can change than it could change into anything. We could make an amendment regarding transgender people or what have you.

I think he meant the original constitution and its principles, which are verifiably immoral

Do you understand the Amendment process?
Do you understand ramifications of Amendments?
Do you understand the importance of following the Constitution which obviously includes Amendments?

I did. Both parties are shite. Complete and utter shite. It sickens me to think I voted GOP without question for my entire adult life.

No, I doubt it. It is what you projected. It is a real old, tired, ineffective argument.

Well if it can just be changed/amended, isn’t that the only real value?

If we do, it would then be part of the constitution. That is how it works. You know why it works that way? Yep, the constitution.

That would be "the original constitution" WITH 10 AMENDMENTS and a process to add more?

I asked if you understood the process for "changing/amending" the Constitution. You obviously don't. That is sad.

What if the constitution made an amendment regarding transgender people?

Switch to No Party Affiliation.

Independent is an actual party.

This is goofily worded "if the constitution made"?

You want "an amendment regarding transgender people" - whatever the hell that means or is?

Go for it! Start the process of getting it done and see how it plays out.

Was this supposed to be some sort of gotcha, or are you just still bleeding all over the damn board for some weird reason?

Of having two parties? Yes, that is one reason.

I went no party after I saw how republicans were too cowardly and week to stand up for Trump after the 2016 election.

Point is, if the constitution can simply be amended to fit the current consensus of the day, what is the point of calling one’s self a “constitutional conservative”

But the process is by designation a bit more arduous than that. So your "point" isn't really applicable.

They cant. It is not a simple process. If so we would have the 2nd gone and reinstated on 4 or 8 year cycles.
