I don’t really care what evidence the govt thinks they have. The bottom line is that Kyle is on camera fleeing from the first a-hole chasing him and he is on camera fleeing a mob of assholes that hit him with a skateboard and ran up on him with a handgun. The govt simply can’t overcome the fact that the guy with the big scary gun is running away from and not towards any of the shite stains that he shot.
