Nice find.

This guy is not going to do anything with the Maricopa County results. Just the way that the agreement is structured shows that. All of the voting machines and equipment are going to stay under the control of MC.

Big nothing burger. Again.

The senate caved as per usual. The county openly defied legal subpoenas for months with no consequences. Nothing will ever come of this.

In turn, the Senate will drop their subpoena issued on July 26 in which they sought the county’s routers, network logs and voter registration database.
And this is the end of the audit. Stolen election complete

This. Disappointed that they caved but not surprised.

People pleased with this agreement:

Sonny Borrelli
Wendy Rogers
Karen Fann
Jovan Pulitzer
Steve Bannon
Cyber Ninja Team

People not pleased with this agreement:
Katie Hobbs
Sheriff Paul Penzone

And you all think this is a bad thing. The audit team will be able to see what they need.

Why would law enforcement data reside in a network router?

I admire your optimism but I don't think having a Never Trumper leading a 3rd party approved by the county to look at the routers and logs then answer questions is a win.

The senate caved after months of open defiance by the county.

Disagree with this. According to the audit supporters on the ground in Maricopa, the agreement that was reached will be sufficient for them to obtain the information that they need.

Agree with you here. I don’t like the fact that they were able to defy a subpoena with essentially zero consequences.

Unless the consequences they are about to face pale I’m comparison to ignoring a subpoena?

Either way this government is lawless.

And this ^^^^ is everything you need to know. Whenever the true gut punch is ready to be delivered to the Dim Marxist crooks by the America First patriots the big guns of the anti Trump movement steps up to protect the guilty.

Good routers typically handle multiple networks. Even then they are severely underutilized outside of your largest companies or hosting services.

It's almost like the scope and deliverables for the audit weren't defined. Perhaps the reality is this was just a while goose chase and while it will probably be a shitshow of a report, we can only hope it's not used for propaganda by a bunch of sore losers.

the same team manages security for sheriff's department and the other county departments. They also did the overnight monitoring from a SOC during the election to watch for any security vulnerabilities being exploited.

Using same equipment for multiple networks in same building seems like a no brainer....

There was nothing to compromise, and yet they did, and appointed someone with a conflict of interest.

Republicans are complaining that, as part of the settlement, the parties to the lawsuit (pural parties, meaning both parties) jointly appointed someone with a conflict of interest.

They must not remember when Kathy Fann said she was going to select an impartial auditor for the audit -- and then picked Doug Logan.
