Ability to fight won’t fix 8 on 1 baw. But in principle, yeah the confidence of being able to defend yourself won’t put you in a position to get sexually assaulted broomstick up the butt style. And having friends at a club like a bjj club makes you not that fricking target. I feel for this kid. I once took up for a kid like this at school. School is worse than prison in my opinion.

Well no, not 8 on 1 and probably not even 2 on 1. My comment was more just if you are known to know how to fight, kids typically aren't going to mess with you. Especially at a small private school.

Never been to a prison, I see. Kids- especially in a group- can be incredibly mean and (apparently) diabolical. But I don’t think it’s on the level of Angola.

Never had anymore trouble as my dad told their parents that I had his permission to take whatever measures I needed to take to protect myself. The guy who instigated it faced 6-12 months time behind bars because when the police went to arrest him he was in his car and the police found about 8 ounces of weed and a bunch of quaaludes. His dad had him enrolled in the Army with agreement from the DA and the judge to wipe his record as long as he didn't get kicked out or discharged before two years' time elapsed. Never saw him again, nor any of the others.
feel for this kid. I once took up for a kid like this at school. School is worse than prison in my opinion.
Anyway, point being, it's really difficult to stand up against a group unless you want your arse handed to you.
