COX internet sucks and their employees

Have never seen 1 truck in my area repairing. I’ve had power for a week. I called and tried to cancel and of course they begged me to stay. Unfortunately I have no other provider in the area. I tried Verizon but they are to expensive and don’t offer what I need. Any other providers around the metro area

At least I’ll save $$$$ for the 6 weeks I’m sure I’ll have no internet or cable. At least I have an outside antenna for local channels

Same thing happened to us after Katrina with Charter, we were on the rural side as far as they were concerned and never rebuilt, just said the hell with it. We’ve been with Direct TV since October 2005.

Do you have an aerial drop in the back? As far as I know, they’re over book with down drops. It’s hard to get someone to come down here and no hotel available in this heat.

If he’s just waiting on a drop, see if you can find someone private to do it. It’s just gonna be a coax more than likely. You can get the stuff from home depot
