He just won a decision today.

It’s starting to see how you people are so easily duped.

Don't mind mickey, he used to be capable of at least addressing issues but he's been reduced to a troll. I wouldn't want to try to defend this shitshow either.

God would 45 and Ron D be a force as a tag team! Just not sure room is big enough for the egos.

Love DeSantis.

Dominion didn't give us JBE. The laziness or just downright stupidity of the residents of Louisiana gave us JBE. In the first election we had MANY "conservatives" INCLUDING MANY ON THIS BOARD who voted for JBE because they were stupid enough to believe a "moderate" Democrat still exists and they didn't like that Vitter was a pompous sleazebag.

In 2019 you had enough Republicans/independents who were happy to cut off their nose to spite their face because Rispone "wasn't conservative enough" or ran a "shitty campaign". Unfortunately in life sometime choices come down two picking the "best" of two bad options. Perhaps one day LA's "conservatives" will realize that even a "weak" Republican is better than a Democrat who will go along, lock step, with the absurdity of the party as it goes further and further to insane left fringe.

Question.....

If this goes on for a week or two and a court eventually tosses it out, did we forget that Fauci lied about funding gain of function research at the Wuhan lab?

voted for Rispone as well and I'm still pissed about what a dogshit campaign he ran in 2019.

Saint Ralph Abraham ran a commercial about trannies, and honestly would have governed like Asa Hutchinson or Kemp in GA.

There were no decent R candidates in 19 or first fo round. Vitter sucks- and lost bc he’s terrible. Any ith the other ones would have beaten JBE.

The Louisiana GOP sucks

Louisiana has more than 10,000 dominion machines and they just gave Kyle Ardion $100,000,000 to purchase more dominion machines.

Florida is a weird state. Desantis almost lost to a meth head gay black man. The state has been notoriously purple for some time and Trump won it both times he ran and more convincingly the last time. Seems like Florida is trending hard right while the states around us - looking at you shithole Georgia are trending into shitholes ran by Dems.

Those people have been getting quite an education on how politics really work these past 8 years.

That is if they're humble enough to learn from their mistakes here.

Elections have consequences.

Agreed.

I was a Rispone voter in the first place during the primary but when he made the mistake of attacking Ralph Abraham, I had a very horrible and sinking feeling that Rispone may have won the battle against Abraham but he was going to lose the war overall to JBE.

And that turned out to be correct.

This is exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to people not being humble enough about learning from their mistakes and doubling down on their refusal to be pragmatic and shrewd about their decisions at the ballot box.

Can you honestly say for a fact that Vitter would be anywhere near the tyrant (that you voted for) JBE is today?

Would Vitter be stealing our money with nothing to show for it like JBE is doing right now?

Would Vitter be standing in the way of the middle class and working poor that just wants to make an honest living with decent wages in peace like JBE is doing right now?

Would Vitter be attacking the largest provide of economic security in oil and gas like JBE does?

Would Vitter support men using the bathrooms that belongs to women and girls like JBE does?

The LA GOP is one of the weakest state party organizations in the country.

If they had anywhere near the power you think they do, JBE would be a nobody in Amite chasing ambulances and 18 wheelers right now.

Guess you missed the newest ruling today. Ban on mask mandates in Florida was upheld today by the appellate court.

This is where you are allowed to walk back your statement and call him credible now that you have been proven wrong.

We need a candidate with the skill set of Desantis in 2024.

DeSantis has the competency, institutional knowledge, discipline, good instincts, clear vision and necessary aggressiveness to be an effective POTUS.

Trump absolutely had the aggressiveness and great instincts but he was sorely lacking in the others and that is what prevented him from being the transformational POTUS we needed him to be.

I think you're ignoring a very important consideration in that Desantis has had the benefit and advantage of friendly legislative configurations in Florida. It's easy to say now that he's been able to deebo his way around Florida with his agenda, but drop him in the same Congressional situation in which Trump found himself. ....that would be a different set of circumstances altogether.

If he ends up being the guy, I'm 100% behind him, but I think we may need to be prepared for a much, much tougher scenario. Even amongst some of those Congressional Republicans that gave Trump a hard time.

Well, I'm guessing that he would know enough to clean out the vipers in the various letter agencies and has enough time in politics to know/find people to fill those jobs that won't continually stab him in the back.

So that's a plus.
