Jen Psaki confirms Joe Biden will not deliver a live speech on 20th anniversary of 9/11.
"You will hear from him in the form of a video in advance — or if that will be available that day, I should say."

It’s because he would frick it up. He would wander off message, get the date wrong, tell the story of how Beau died trying to rescue people in the tower, blame Trump for it, remind people of the frick up in leaving Afghanistan, and then stumble off mumbling how he doesn’t have permission to speak any more.
