That is a pretty impressive, well planned hit. Gun tucked away. Disguise that both fools the victim and makes it very difficult to identify the perp.
An Orthodox Jew doesn’t have rims that big. Was the car stolen? Can the perp be identified via auto-theft? Did one of the perps associates “let” the car be temporarily stolen? The car is the best piece of evidence in this.
