It might dip back over water for a second but it's nothing of concern. The tropical part is done but for the rainfall.

Lake Charles will survive Nicholas especially with the updated rainfall map. It drizzled all day long, but it never poured.

I work in North BR and it rained its arse off at times today. I live in Central and my yard and ditches have a good amount of standing water so I assume it rained pretty hard here at some point.

He’s either trolling or generally ignorant about weather. BR got a good soaking today

A few different times during the day and fully expect some good rain tonight. I hope noone floods, cause that shite SUCKS!
Posted on 9/14/21 at 7:43 pm to trussthetruzz
Except for all that rain there really hasn't been much rain.

Will I be safe to drive to Dallas tomorrow?

Near LSU due east between Stanford and Lee, went with wife to Mall of Louisiana at noon, returned at 1:30PM. It was drizzling then, misting rain ever since.
Posted on 9/14/21 at 7:59 pm to trussthetruzz
Not near Mall of Louisiana at noon where it was drizzling like had here since 6AM, and then here misty rain the rest of the day or none at all

What a pitiful excuse for a cone. This storm should be ashamed of itself.

Pretty surprised by it to be honest...

Can’t speak for other schools in the area but ours is given 5 contingency days. We used those 5 for Ida. Any other days would mean rearranging the school calendar and taking away pre-scheduled conference days, holidays, etc.
