Jon Stewart is a good person. He really is even if I disagree with him quite a bit. He even said that Trump was the best President towards 9/11 victims and was doing a great job for them. No way in hell would Colbert or Oliver admit that.

Idk, but my memory is that Stewart seemed like he was hamming it up a bit when he was before Congress. If I am wrong my apologies, but that was my perception.

Jon Stewart has happily praised Trump for this. Stewart is the one who does the day to day minutia for them though.

Honestly if we get out of this in one piece and go back to sanity, history will quote comedians and openly biased commentators and completely ignore anything the “unbiased news” says. In the Hardcore History episodes a century from now they’ll be quoting George Carlin and Tim Dillon, not Dan Rather or Lester Holt.

I liked adore until that standup where he said Biden should sign an EO to get rid of student loans, or another one for healthcare for all. The student loan thing would be a huge frick you to every responsible tax paying citizen.
