If a left wing mob stormed the Capitol

And was moments away from breaching the main chamber, and a cop shot one of them and ended it, this board would be praising that cop as a hero.
I’m as Republican as it gets but let’s call a spade a spade here. It was a scary scene with a mob breaking through glass charging towards people he was paid to protect.
As much as I hate and disagree with the portrayal of Jan. 6th as a “coup” attempt, it was still a dangerous situation.

If it was as you say, why didn’t the cop shoot multiple protestors?

It wouldn’t have been as bad if the cops that were standing right beside her would have at least said Stop do not enter but they didn’t try to stop anyone.

If you are saying this based on police shootings. Well most of us can decipher between shite police work and someone pulling a weapon and actually fighting a cop and ending up getting what they deserve because the officer has a rt to protect themselves.
