What shows (sit-coms I guess) have never had a serious moment in them?

I can only think of three.

1. Seinfeld
2. Married with Children
3. Curb Your Enthusiasm
4. ?

I'd say that when Kyle gave the eulogy at Chef's Funeral it was kinda serious.

I agree each one makes a very good point. they just get to the point in a very fricked up way.

Plenty of serious moments in scrubs, IIRC.

I can't think of anything serious in Soap - now the spin-off, Benson, took itself real serious.

A lot of the musical stuff is by definition serious.

Chris Farley did a tribute to Mr. Rogers when he died (or maybe it was Jim Henson).

Plenty of serious stuff.

The whole Pam/Jim relationship is pretty serious.

So, I'm not an expert on these shows, but Arrested Development and Always Sunny, do they have any serious moments? Or does my list of three still stand alone?

Nope, totally tongue in cheek. Love both of those shows, can't believe AD didn't make it, but I may like ASIP a bit better.

Can't wait until Thursday.
